Abstract

The article analyzes the group of sources of the State Archives of Ivano-
Frankivsk Oblast concerning Andrei Sheptytsky, in particular, his entry,
ceremonial reception and enthronement to Stanyslaviv throne, serving as Bishop of Stanyslaviv in 1899-1900 and his contribution as Metropolitan to the development of the Precarpathian region.
