Abstract

This article is the result of a study Professor Yaroslav Zaborovskyi the criminal case of Bishop Hryhorii Khomyshyn in 1995. The author proves the groundlessness of evidence of the "criminal" actions of the Bishop. Based on the conclusions of the professor on November 10, 1995, the prosecutor's office of the Ivano-Frankivsk region rehabilitated H. Khomyshyn. The article came to the editorial board on March 2017, is published according to the author's words.
