Abstract

Ukraine was and remains very religious, which has always been expressed in its public life, and most of all - in the everyday life of Ukrainians. Religious upbringing, attitude to God and perception of Him were established from early childhood, when the mother, grandmother, family pointed to the icon on the penance and taught "Our Father", took his hand and led him to the temple.

Christian domestic religiosity entered a person's life naturally, original and slowly. Thus, God, through the mediation of the family, became real in the life of every Ukrainian, at least in the period when there was no prohibition on Him.
