The contribution of secular scholars to the development of theological education Galicia (20s-30s of the XX century)

Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of the Theological Academy in Lviv, which in a short period of history (1929–1939) reached the level of classical universities of the world; the role of the secular factor in the formation of the educational institution as a powerful scientific center and the center of the Ukrainian national revival is shown.
