Abstract

An article analyzes the changing of the Roman Catholic Church on the territory of Galicia in the years between 1944-1964. The main attention is focused on the anti-Church policy of the Soviet authorities, aimed at limiting the activities of Catholic Church in the Lviv, Ternopil, Drohobych region and especially in the Stanislaw region.
