Abstract

The ecclesiastical legislation of the Catholic Church is as extensive and rich as the Ecumenical Church itself. this state is due not only to its centuries-old heritage, rooted, like any other collection of laws of state character, in Roman law, but also to the diversity of the various local ecclesiastical communities that create it.

For the purpose of orderly, proper and proper functioning, the Church has created and is creating various rules that it is guided by on a daily basis.
