Abstract

The state, assigning certain rights and responsibilities to the Church, tries to create the most favorable conditions for their realization. Such protection of the legal rights of the Church, as well as of any subject of civil legal relations, is one of the most important tasks of the state. In particular, the draft Concept of State-Religious Relations in Ukraine for the State as a system of bodies through which the Ukrainian people exercise their will, along with a number of intangible guarantees, enshrines the obligation to "protect religious intangible relics, shrines, symbols, places of pilgrimage and buildings religious purpose ", ie the objects of property rights of the Church.
