Abstract

According to personalastic definition of Czeslaw Stanislaw Bartnik, the culture is characterized as a dynamic proces. It is a dynamism directed from factual reality, as the start, towards ideal state as its goal. The ideal of the fillness of a person and its perfection is the form and manifestation of this dynamism. A human being, its self-realization, becomes the source, the deepest subject, reason and the goal of celture. This process is an integral dynamism that goes from the moment of human existence and ends in the final stage, when the Fullness of Personality is achieved. This is why the culture has to be perceived and treated in personalistic key.
