The authors of the article consider the activities of the Apostolic Exarch Bishop Ivan Prashko in organizing the administrative and canonical structure of the Ukrainian Catholic Church among diaspora Ukrainian Catholics in Australia, Oceania and New Zealand in 1958-1982.
