Abstract

Speech delivered on June 8, 2025, during the anniversary church festival of the Descent of the Holy Spirit in the village of Pylypy, Mateyivetska Territorial Community, Kolomyia District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region.

Сьогодні церква Пресвятої Трійці в с. Пилипи відзначає 100-літній ювілей, хоча, треба підкреслити, має значно давнішу історичну традицію, що сягає щонайменше з 1787 року, тобто налічує майже 250-літню історію. Спробуємо пояснити, здійснивши короткий історичний екскурс.
