Today, in the conditions of pronounced desecration signs, there is an urgent need to study the creative heritage not only of prominent socio-political or educational, but also religious and church figures.
Studying the historical experience of their activity will help to cultivate historical memory, to borrow the characteristic features of everyday life of ancestors. The study of the life and daily practice of the hierarchs of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church requires special emphasis, because the role of religious figures of this denomination in the socio-political and cultural-educational life of Ukraine during the XIX-XX centuries has been scientifically proven.
