Abstract

Analyzed in the article the issue of the canonical law continuation of modern
Ivano-Frankivsk Metropolitanate from the Stanislaviv eparchy, including the the definition of a number of of bishops - Ordinary (Eparch) and assistants and vicar general, especially the change of the administrative-territorial division of eparchy in terms of legalization and the formation the UGCC of activity eparchial bodies (consistory-governance, the ecclesiastical court, church committees) and dekanalnyh structures.
